To place an order, you must be over 19 years of age.

Please “drag and drop” a photo or scan of your ID in the ID Requirements section of the checkout page. If you have issues uploading your ID at the checkout page, you can also email your ID to [email protected]

Your photo or scan of your ID should include the following information:

  • Your birth date, which shows that you are currently over 19 years old
  • Your mailing address, which matches the mailing address for your account on our site
  • Your name, which matches the name for the account on our site
  • Your photo

Once your order is placed, you will receive information on how to send your E Transfer payment. If you are not over 19 years of age, or your ID is not valid for any reason, we will cancel your order and refund your money. Once we confirm that you are over 19 years old and that your payment has been received, we will process your order. If anyone is ordering on your behalf, paying for your order, or receiving your order to their address, that person must also be at least 19 years of age.

We know that discretion is important. We vacuum seal your weed products for freshness and bubble wrap for maximum protection. We use generic prepaid Canada Post Xpress envelopes to package your marijuana products and ensure there is no writing that would identify or advertise the contents.

Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped. Contact us by chat, phone, or email and our support staff will update your order!

When Does My Order Ship Out?2022-05-04T16:12:15-07:00

Your order will ship one day after your E-transfer has been received and confirmed. All orders and payments received after 12:00pm will be shipped the next business day. We only ship within Canada.

There can be unexpected delays with shipping out products. We have no control over parcels once they are in the hands of third parties, such as Canada Post. Tracking numbers can sometimes take up to 36 hours to appear and there can be delays in updating the information, so please be patient.

Here is our step by step process:

Locate the products you are interested in, choose the quantities and add them to your cart.

View Cart

Click on the view cart button located at the top right-hand corner when hovering over the shopping cart logo. Review your order to ensure everything is right, add in a discount code, if you have one, and click the proceed to checkout button.


Click on the checkout button, review your order to ensure everything is right and add in the discount code if you have one. Click next and login if you have an existing account or have purchased from us before. If you haven’t logged in before now is the time to create an account.

Creating an Account

To create an account, you must tick the create account checkbox after filling out your shipping information and provide a unique user name and password. You may also create an account here.

Purchase as a Guest.

 To use the guest checkout feature, you do not need to create a username and password. Just provide your shipping address and provide proof of your age. You can send your proof of age through our handy form or via email ([email protected]).

Payment Instructions

On the “Check-out Confirmation” page, you will see your order number and instructions on sending an Interac E-transfer. Check out our handy video tutorial here on how to send your Interac payment. Once your payment has been received we will send you an email confirming receipt of your payment.

Yes, we have a customer representative and qualified budtender that can assist you on all inquiries by phone (844 838 2906), email ([email protected]), or chat. Our hours of operation are from 9:00am to 5:00pm PST. We typically respond to emails right away or within the next business day.
